The reason why the legs are not always is aligned, is to be found in the fact that the furniture is assembled from natural materials, where it is difficult to maintain perfectly straight lines and angles of 90˚ in the joints.
It does not take much deviation in a single assembly before it makes the opposite corner uneven. These possible unalignments have no effect on the function of the product.
Should there be individual components that have a clear deflection or skewness to such an extent that it goes beyond the product's function, we are happy to replace the part, otherwise we must say that the construction allows for a certain amount of freedom in the alignment.
