Yes, you can return a mattress.
The mattress must not be damaged or show signs of use, and must be packed securely and as far as possible in its original packaging.
If the item is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, you will not lose your right of cancellation, but we will deduct any depreciation in value from the amount returned. The depreciation will be determined based on an inspection of your products.
