It’s completely normal for your order to be delivered in multiple shipments.
Many of our products — especially beds and mattresses — consist of several parts that are packed separately. A typical bed might include:
- A frame
- Slats
- A mattress
- Other components in individual boxes
We ship all parts at the same time, but since they are handled as separate packages (parcels), they may arrive on different days.
