You must be at home when the order is delivered, unless otherwise agreed.
By private delivery we mean delivery to the home address. We do not deliver to business/office addresses as they often have limited opening hours.
Delivery is by lorry and ‘to curbside’. The goods are unloaded at the curbside or pavement. The driver is not obliged to deliver the furniture to the front door or into the house. The carrier will send an arrival notification 15-60 minutes prior to the delivery, so you can arrange for a helping hand for the onward transport.
