It is not possible to track the order, as delivery is by agreement with the carrier.
You will receive a message from the carrier as soon as your order is scheduled for delivery and the carrier will always try to contact you 15-60 minutes before delivery. From the moment you place your order with us, you can expect an expected delivery time of 5-10 business days.
At Karup Design it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date or time. The delivery takes place as part of a planned route and we are therefore not able to change the time.
Note. You must be at home when you receive your furniture from Karup Design.
