You always have a 30-day full right of return and cancellation from the day you receive your order.
How to return:
- Fill out the return form online here.
- Securely place the goods in the package. The goods must be returned in the same condition as upon receipt.
- You will be contacted by a freight forwarder regarding pickup of the return order.
- Please note that the processing time on your return order is 2-3 business days from receipt in our warehouse.
- Once your case has been processed and approved, it can take up to 10 business days before you can see the amount in your account. This is due to varying processing time from payment providers.
