We understand that you may change your mind! We accept returns on Frames and accessories within 30 days from the reception date if the frame or accessories are in new condition with original packaging. There is no return fee but you must take care of shipping. Please be sure to keep all packaging, including boxes, for 30 days.
For Mattresses however, for obvious hygienic reasons we accept returns within 30 days from the reception date only if the mattress is in its original, unopened packaging.
As soon as you have made the decision to return your product, please contact us at karupdesign-us@karupdesign.com. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA). You will then be responsible for packaging the product and shipping it back to us.
