Complaints

Shipping Damage, i.e. box/product is damaged upon delivery. In this case, you must report this right away (within 48 hours of receipt of the goods). Reporting would require photos of the damaged box and the damaged goods.

Product Failure / Malfunction: If after some time the product breaks or is not performing as expected, you can contact our customer service team at karupdesign-us@karupdesign.com and they will help resolve the issue within warranty policies.

We are glad to offer 1 year warranty for broken parts. 

If you do not comply with this deadline, your right to complain will expire, unless we have provided an extended guarantee for the product.
